Refund Policy of FreelancerGadgets.com:
If the product ordered is out of stock or if there is a problem with any product resulting in return, or if one of multiple products is out of stock and there is no possibility of the product being restocked within a short time, a refund will be issued. Time Required for Refund:
The refund will be initiated through the same medium through which the payment was made within 72 hours from the date of refund request. If the payment is refunded to a debit or credit card, it may take 5 to 10 business days to reflect in your account statement. If it still doesn’t show on the statement during this time, please contact your card issuer bank or contact us at support@freelancergadgets.com with your order number.

Refund Charges:
No charges are applicable for refunds. That is, the amount you paid will be refunded. However, in cases where the product is returned due to courier handover or for any reason after delivery (in case of product issues, exchange or warranty policy applies), in such cases, a courier charge and processing fee will be deducted. For orders within Dhaka, a deduction of 100 BDT will be made, and for orders outside Dhaka, a deduction of 200 BDT plus payment settlement fee (where applicable) will be made, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

Refund Conditions for Discounts or Offers:
If there is any offer on bKash, Rocket, Cash, Visa, MasterCard, or AMEX card and in the case of refund of that order or transaction, the discount or cashback amount is not refundable. That is, if you paid 900 BDT for a product instead of 1000 BDT due to an offer, and you received a cashback, in the case of a refund, the cashback amount will be deducted, and in the case of a discount, only the amount you paid will be refunded.
